Fun fact: The metal head elf Damian casting DARKNESS via aggressive yelling is a re-enactment of a scene from DnD 5E in 2019; back when i played Damian for a bit before writing him for my main retail comic. He was having one heck of a bad day, lets put it that way.

Ash bursts into laughter at Damian's question. His laughter slowly peeters out as he realises that the straight face of Damian is watching him in embarrassment.
"Oh, you're serious!"
Damian: "I like metal music. I like that type of fashion, though I don't wear it but... I'm...working on my anger... and well... I'd wanna feel powerful like that at least once to be honest?"
Ash recalls hearing Damian metal scream to music from the other side of his bedroom door, where Damian would daydream being a metal singer as he jams to his music.
Ash then recalls how angry Damian could look during his retail work shifts, where he states: "With everything we went through whilst working retail, I can't blame you."
